Echo Dot? What does it do?echo-dot

The new Echo dot (2nd Generation) will be released October 20. Some of us were waiting for this improved version of it. What it doesn’t do is a better question. It listen to you to play from your preferred source of music, be it Pandora, I heart Radio, etc. it’s capable of controlling devices around the home, it calls Uber or Domino’s for you. No it doesn’t follow you around but it listen from across the room no matter the noise.

Drone Delivers Medicine To Rural Area

Under Goverment Approved Demonstration.

“A pop-up health clinic in rural Virginia received deliveries of medicine from a drone Friday, the first government-approved drone delivery in the U.S.

But the orchestrated event also highlighted the hurdles that remain before such deliveries become everyday occurrences in U.S. skies, as envisioned by Amazon.com Inc.and Google Inc.

A manned aircraft carried the packages most of the way, and the flight plan originally called for the drone to make six round trips to carry a total of 10 pounds. But after two successful deliveries, officials decided to send the rest of the payload in one flight.”
